The Universe is a subscription-based service that delivers daily motivational and manifestation-focused phone calls to subscribers. Calls are scheduled based on the time zone and preferences provided during sign-up.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@jointheuniverse.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. No Guarantees
The Universe provides motivational content for personal development purposes only. We make no guarantees of financial results, life improvements, or manifestation outcomes. All content is intended to inspire and motivate.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid phone number and email address. You agree not to share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through The Universe — including scripts, audio, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Universe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Universe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
