When you subscribe to The Universe, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred call time, and time zone. We also collect payment information, which is processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to deliver the service: scheduling and placing your daily manifestation calls, sending transactional emails (welcome, payment receipts, and account notices), and managing your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Phone Calls
Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver calls through our telephony provider (Twilio). We do not share your phone number with any marketing or third-party services.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in to your account dashboard. No third-party tracking cookies or analytics scripts are used.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase. Access is restricted and encrypted in transit using TLS.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party providers to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Twilio (phone calls), Resend (transactional email), and Supabase (database). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us through the support ticket system in your account.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
